(DOC = Day of Coordinator, the person you are wanting to Coordinate your wedding)
We see this all the time from Brides on social media right?
(yep, I just asked another question)
My answer simply put “We Are Not Mind Readers”
We ask soooo many questions so that we can help pull everything together for and with you. Sure we could give you a cookie cutter way of coordination, every detail the same as the last wedding. Seriously doubt that is what you hired us to do. We need your information to do our job the best we can for you on the day of. The more details, no matter how tiny is important to us from who is doing your hair and makeup to all of your catering information to having a sparkler send-off.
Most times we are hired for DOC Service a few months or even a few weeks before your big day so when you are asked by your Day of Coordinator questions you might think aren’t important…trust us…they are.
